Information /scope of the webinar
The U.S. FDA regulates all kinds of products, including foods, beverages, supplements, cosmetics, drugs, and devices. Greek businesses that manufacture or import any regulated product in the U.S. must comply with various US regulatory requirements. This includes labeling and advertising requirements for food products, which covers everything from the physical product label, inserts, packaging, and advertisements on social media, websites, and via testimonials and endorsements.
In addition, such businesses are subject to US FDA inspections. Passing an inspection and/or adequately addressing any cited issues observed during an inspection is fundamental to continued business in the US.
Additionally, ensuring that your Company meets legal marketing requirements is critical to being able to successfully market such products, reduce the chance for regulatory enforcement, avoid import delays, maintain consumer confidence, and preserve your bottom line.
